Rylie & Katie worked today. They are the “best” to say the least. Always friendly, always smiling and they both know exactly which beds I like to tan in. They are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable about my tanning experience and make suggestions. South Beach has the customer service that can’t be beat and it’s been from the start of my tanning with South Beach also, they never slack. Kudos to Rylie and Katie for always been joyful and funny but perhaps most understanding.

By far my favorite one. I live in Brandon FL, I am willing to drive to St Pete every day for this salon!!! I'm a serious tanner and the beds are HOT and it's so clean, it's really on point. Another thing about this particular location is that they carry products I can find no where else, like DHA drops and tingle intensifier, which allowed me to customize my perfect lotion and ending the seriously expensive search for the perfect lotion. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this particular location.. thanks to the girls their who put up with my fussiness about which bed I like to be in. Their beds are most updated, the level 4 bed by the desk is the hottest bed I have ever been in! It gave me deeper color than the level 5 does at the Brandon location. For years, I have used bottled spray tanner successfully. However, it never seems to last very long and I thought it would be nice to "treat myself" to a spray tan that may last longer. I eagerly purchased a groupon for three spray tans and was excited to see all of the positive reviews. While the staff was very pleasant and friendly, the results of my spray tan are a complete nightmare. I followed the directions to a "t", asked many questions and several hours later noticed large brown splotches and streaks over every area of my body. I contacted the salon and spoke with the manager who refused to provide me a refund. I suggested to management that something may be wrong with the machine as the tanner was coming out in "splats" rather than a fine mist. She informed me that I'm the only one who has had an issue. Her only offer was for me to get one extra free spray tan. Why on earth would I want to go back and have a repeat performance? I am disgusted and embarrassed to go anywhere. I wouldn't wish my splotchy results on even my worst enemy. YUCK!

Who doesn’t love walking into a place where they know you by name? All of these ladies are so sweet, so friendly and super helpful when it comes to picking out new lotions. I also love that they never try to sell you something you don’t need. They’re not pushy at all, really just there for you! The whole salon is always clean, from the desk to the bathroom to the beds. I drive quite far out of my way just to come to this location because I love this one so much!
