I wanted to get some low lights, root touch-up and a layered hair cut. The stylist made the color too dark. The hair cut was uneven. The left side was longer than the right. The color was so dark you couldn't see the low lights. I had to go back a second time and she tried to cover up the uneven style by pulling hair over it so I wouldn't see it. I should not have paid for such a awful job. I had to go to another salon to get the color and style corrected. She colored and styled the way she wanted to not the way I asked.

Don't come here. The lady who was apparently a "master" at cutting hair, is no "master" at all. My mom showed her a picture of the cut and color she wanted, the lady's response was "I'll do something similar to it". There was no similarities between the two at all! We paid over $200 for a cut that was not at all what she wanted and a color that only lasted 2 weeks. (Mind you that she wanted a full hair color, the lady at penny's only colored the top half) We won't be coming here. She was unprofessional for a person who worked with hair over many years.

I visited this location few times in the past few years with my family , I found the crew to be really nice and helpful. They always recommend good ideas and do good job. I usually get a hair cut at any available free stylist but my wife and daughter always go to the same lady "Huda" to do their hair. I guess she is one of the most experienced ladies who work there as we visited this site for the first time in 2005 and she has been there ever since. Good Job JCPenny Salon crew.
