This was the worst experience shopping for a firearm that I have ever had hands down. They are completely unprofessional and ignorant. I ordered a fire arm about a month ago, and was told that it would be ready for pick up within a week, two weeks tops. I paid for the firearm upon placing the order in store, and patiently waited for it to be ready for pickup. After waiting for over three weeks, I spoke with the store employees' only to be told that they have the firearm, but haven't "processed" it yet. I was told to call back the following day, and when I did, I was told that the gun was there and ready to be picked up. I waited for nearly an hour at the store, only to be told that the firearm was in fact NOT there, and they weren't sure where it was. I was told that there was an issue where the tracking numbers were lost, and that the distribution hub that they use is unreliable. After they told me the gun wasn't there, they tried to make up for it by giving me a gun off the shelf, that they thought was similar to the one I had ordered, however it was in no way similar. I denied their offer as I felt the situation was rather sketchy. I told the associate that I would like my money back, and he stated that they don't have any cash in the register, and I would have to take a check. I thought that was strange in itself, and I denied the check and demanded cash. How am I to trust that the check wouldn't bounce? Especially since everything I was told by these individuals was a lie to begin with. I denied accepting a check, and the associate then went around back and returned with cash in hand. I also witnessed the employees completely turn away a paying customer while I was waiting for an hour. A young woman came in ready to purchase a firearm, and asked about any ongoing sales if any... They told her there weren't any sales and "what you see is what you get". The young woman then turned around and walked out of the store. I don't believe it was the lack of sales that urged her to walk out the door, but rather the lack of customer service. I would never return to this store again, and I will never recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of shops in the area that are professional and courteous. Long story short, I left empty handed, my cash in hand, and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I gave it one star only because I couldn't leave it at zero stars.
