Great music venue! They consistently have artists playing. There is a floor option as well as seating options (like at a concert hall) for those who don’t like to stand all night. This is great considering at a lot of clubs trying to get seating means that you’d have to get a table, which is often thousands of dollars. Sound quality is great. I went to see Said the Sky and he was amazing!! Arrived about 45min or so before the official start time and got to see the opening acts which were good as well (plus no wait time to get into the venue). Cocktails from the bar were not good at all. I doubt they put any alcohol if any. Don’t plan on buying any drinks if you come here!

An eclectic venue with so much to go around. A lot of room to get up close if you want to be immersed in the sound, and enough space if you want to be careful about the volume. It being in the heart of Fenway grants it so many pregame options for food, drink, and places to schmooze before a show. Always a great time!

A fantastic place to see a show! This smaller sized theater is for 1800 people. Great sound, very clean, super staff and easy check in process. Parking nearby and plenty of nightlife surrounding the club. Can get a bit busy on Yawkey Way when the Sox are in town, so plan accordingly. I go to HofB several times a years.

Awesome venue, the staff were really nice. I wouldn't want to stand on the floor for an entire concert but I was in the stadium level seating which was nice and comfortable. For some reason it took a long time to get inside, I got in line when the doors were supposed to open, and it took about two hours for everyone to get inside, so the concert was delayed about an hour. No way of knowing if this was anyone's fault in particular or if something unexpected happened. They did have people checking vaccination cards while we were in line outside, so I don't think it was that. They used a bracelet system for vacc verification (and I think alcohol purchasing but I didn't buy any alcoholic drinks so I'm not sure). In any case, the staff stayed calm and upbeat, and the fans were pretty chill waiting as well.

We were told that a picture worked and even an email confirmation of your second dose was enough
I was just there November 9 and the doors opened at 7. Was there for Lukas Graham and Lauren Duski
Did you call the house of blues?
Yup
Difficult ,got to circle the block a couple times or try the garage and the end of the street
Yes they do, cost is $5
If the tour permits it, you can take advantage of the pass the line package. This is if you eat at the restaurant and spend a certain minimum, you can access a separate line that cuts the main line for ticket holders.
yes. if not they had a booth there and they would test you with a rapid test. but its 30 bucks a person.
I used my vaccine card but they also had rapid testing on site 35 bucks NO CASH only cards!!!
The band has requested that you bring a vaccination card or a negative test. The test has to be a medical facility CVS etc.
The March shows have been rescheduled to September as of about 3 hours ago.
Rescheduled to September
Seating is available on the upper levels and in the VIP area's but those tickets usually cost more than general admission.
No it's all ages
Normally about an hour per act
Seats are on the mezzanine. But honestly GA on the floor is the best.
There is a garage right in Lansdowne street
Dan Akroyd plays with the BLUES BROTHERS on and off. I'd suggest contacting the House Of Blues website directly to see if he is playing that night.... Hopefully he is!!!!
Don't believe there is a dress code anywhere these days...rock your outfit!!
No
Yes but theyll search it
Website says all ages are welcome but to check your ticket for the particular venue to see what it says. The show i saw there was 21plus.
It's listed as an All Ages show, so she should be fine. House of Blues is All Ages unless otherwise specified on the ticket/website
According to ticketmastee, there are no tickets for the meet and greet package available. Mabye try other resale sites? They will be hard to find at this point
You can also screen cap the QR Code and they can scan it right from your phone. I like it. It does get crowded but I think that's part of the concert atmosphere.
Email DMX
I use the ape Parking Hero. Found parking about 4 blocks away for $9.00! I've found parking in NYC for $7 with Parking Hero...this app is AWESOME!!!
For an additional cost, you should be able to, as long as they're not at capacity.
they hold onto it until you call. However, if I were you call the credit card company ASAP.
Usually if you call or email they will book you
Backpacks are not. Small purses I believe are no bigger then 10 by 9 I think . Personal luggage bags are not. Just to add to this professional cameras are not. Cellphones are.
I don't know , maybe the website will say if he did or not .
GA is GA on the 1st floor. If anything GA is the surrounding sides on the 2nd floor. But I'm pretty sure all GA is down below and you wont have a problem being together
I think the lot on Landsdowne St is $15 for the evening. Also, depending on where you're coming from, Kenmore station is right around the corner. I often drive to Wonderland in Revere and take the T from there.
I do believe they have a section designated for wheelchairs downstairs in GA. I can't speak for the 2nd floor because I've never been up there, but I would assume so. I will say this though, I don't believe they have a policy as far as limitations on where you're allowed to be but I was at a sold out show there on NYE and I was 1 person behind front row and behind me was a gentleman in a wheelchair and im not gonna lie it was kind of inconvenience for those surrounding. It's very close tight quarters as it is. More importantly I felt bad for the poor guy because his head level was at everyone's waist level and anyone who's been to a sold out show at a venue like this the oxygen gets sucked out real quick making it rather warm. The guy was drenched with sweat by the end of the show. That and being eye level for dirty hippy stale beer farts.
Yes i believe he'll be their
one of the best aspects of the House of Blues is that you can dress up anyway you want dress like a rockstar or dress like a tennis player it doesn't matter it's all part of the fun
I've never had a problem getting seated there on an event night, and I don't really think eating there is worth it if you're just trying to skip the line. I don't find the food good at all, the menu is very limited and our glasses and silverware were all filthy last time I was there.
It all depends on the artist/group performing, not a HoB decision...

Concert is all ages. They will card and give wristbands to 21 and over
Its right by Kenmore Square, along the river
Thats an interesting question. I don't see why not as long as you make it easy for them to search it.
The main entrance is just down from the restaurant door. You will see the Will Call window. Its right across the street from Fenway Park so parking can be a bit tough. Have fun, it's a wonderful venue!!
They have a schedule of concerts with different types of music.
It depends on the show. Some shows are 21+ and others are not.
I would check their website or call them directly.
Buy them when you purchase your tickets to the event that's the best way
And it was the Metro before that . Been there since 50s. 60s and 70s it was the Teaparty
Its all ages
It depends on the show. But usually with at least an hour before, also if you pay for the parking lot before hand for the show you might be able to park with time before the show in some lots
Not at all. Make sure to get your drinks and food before the show starts. 2 drinks at the bar per person.
18 plus
The doors normally open at the time on the ticket, so 7pm. Show will start at 8, most likely.
Bottom of the Web page there is a contact link. When you click it and has a lot of different options. But the option you want Is to call them directly.
The Residents Inn, Hotel Buckminster and The Verb are the closest to House of Blues. About 0.2 miles away.
I don't know, but definitely upgrade them to foundation room tickets if possible. The $20 upgrade is well worth the money to not wait in line for an hour and a half in the cold.
Agreed, just about 20 minutes.
I've seen that go both ways
Yes
The VIP pass for Boyce Avenue is separate from your concert ticket. Your concert ticket only get you into the show. To get the VIP pass it is a $75 charge in addition to your ticket. If you go to Boyce Avenue website all the information is there. They only do 50 VIP for each show.
Should be
There are only seats on the third level. House of Blues is a standing venue. Another way is to get access to the Foundation room. During the show you can go there to sit in a lounge atmosphere with privet bathrooms and bar. Its open to the public for select shows for an up charge.
