I would think destroy the information after the tab was paid. But I am not sure . I think it's better to call them and check .
They hold them if found but i would call and cancel your card immediately.
I don't know their policy, but in general from working at bars myself, we always held onto cards & hoping the owners will eventually claim them. Good luck!
