Had a great time with friends. Was pretty busy during the few days we were here and possibly because of a January holiday so most schools were shut down for a four day weekend. Lesson learned not to go on a holiday. Overall, still a great time and the staff was all cool as a fan.

Spent last two days of December skiing Terry Peak. Terry Peak received 20 inches of snow the day before we arrived, and had gotten 30 inches a few weeks before that, Almost all of the runs were open. Great place to ski, this resort is a real bargain compared to the prices you pay at a large Colorado resort. We have been coming here from Missouri each year for the last 5 years to ski. We will be coming back again next year.

They are tentatively scheduled to open the weekend of Dec 2 and 3, with full time opening on Dec 9th. That, of course, all depends on the snow cover!
Trail head lodge is about another 20 min from Lead and is a good place to rent snowmobiles and access trails.
Yes some. It's not like the big resorts where they are running stuff all the time, but they're are a couple things going on through the year. I was at the archery event last weekend. They opened up a lift and the lodge as well.
Yes they do. The bideck was invented 40 years ago. There is a reason they are not used much.
