Picnic bench off the trail head wasn't accessible because over growth ☹. It is a nice easy walk but would be more fun on bikes rather than on foot.

This was a great place for family bike ride. We enjoyed passing through the miner history and looking at the geological record in the Rocks next to the trail. If you have a sharp eye, you might spot some abandoned mines.

Pretty little spot where the 2 creeks meet worth the stop for a picnic, short rest or to enjoy the trails. Note there is a fee to use the trails for adults but pay by envelope. We did not pay to stop and sit for a while. Held back a star as it is not as pretty as some of the nearby creekside picnic areas nearby especially those by roughlock falls.
