Female pro was very rude to my family. Made assumptions that we were riding 4 in one cart. (Was never gonna happen) acted like this was a elite golf course, it's not even in the top 100 in the state in my opinion, and I've golf a lot of SD courses. It's Lead Country club not TPC Scottsdale. As the great Ricky Gervais would say "she's being a c***"

This place was horrible. The lady was absolutely rude, and was fishing to charge extra on everything. I don’t mind spending $65 on 9 holes, but not when they have horrible attitudes. Definitely would recommend going somewhere else. {Edit} The lady was the manager, which makes them even more pathetic. It wasn’t just bad service, it was absolutely trash service. This lady lost Lead Country Club over $200 simply because of her horrible attitude. There is absolutely no excuse for it. She told us “I’m the manager, and I don’t have to give you anything”. Yeah what kinda customer service is that? Pretty sure Lead Country club doesn’t or shouldn’t, want a face like hers representing their club.

Unbelievable experience and an excellent value course!!! The greens are a challenge, the fairways and first cut is lush and well manicured. If you miss into the trees you have no one to blame but yourself. Gorgeous valley setting. I have played every course in the hills and this is hands down my top pick of courses to return to. Al in the clubhouse will take care of you with the best hospitality in the hills. We will be back.

Most terrible golf experience in 20 years of golfing. Paid full price and at the starting T box they tell us that holes 8 and 9 are closed . Then cart quits 3/4th the way around. No price adjustment. No sorry for the inconvenience. No - thanks for golfing. Made us feel like we were not wanted. We then went to the Deadwood course and had a great time and were treated great.
