We went for the buffet today at 1155 am.. they open at 11 so we thought the food would be good. It looked amazing and it smelled good.. The problem was that most of the food was cold. I am not talking Luke warm, I mean cold.. specifically the boneless ribs, lomein, and chicken fingers and teriyaki. Which basically means we were eating cold leftovers. When we told the waitress she got nasty, at this point we decided we did not want to wait for them to make new food and told her that we were not paying because we had not eaten.. She made us pay for our child and drinks.. even though she only ate 4 bites and we didn't drink any of our sodas. I will never go back.

I must admit, I'm a buffet lover at heart. I know many abhor the thought of open food containers, regardless of sneeze guards, but I can look past it unless I see something horrible. Granted, keeping hot food fresh, tasty, rotated, safe, etc, is a tall order that invariably leads to lots of waste every day, and restaurants must strategize to avoid excessive waste by tracking food usage, restaurant traffic, etc. I've been to the Manchester Buffet a half dozen times with varying degrees of satisfaction. It is what it is, as they say. But this past week I went there for a quick workday lunch, mostly craving Egg Foo Young, only to find that they had a small scrap on the buffet, and no gravy; not good, but definitely NOT why I give them 2 stars. I shifted gears and made other selections of both dishes I was familiar and unfamiliar with. I probably sampled a dozen or more offerings, only to find 1-2 of them up to par. They were either cold, off putting (flavor-wise), or in some cases just over exposed. For the first time, I left feeling angry and slightly nauseous as I reviewed the food I ate and how it left me feeling. $22.00 with tip isn't Chop House money, but it should afford you a decent lunch, and not one that forces you to leave more food on your plate than you desire to eat. Not sure if I'll ever try them again.

The WORST experience we have ever had there. The last time we were there the food was great. As we cashed out the server walked over as we were walking out and stopped us to ask us where our tip was. The server was rude. This time we went and there was close to NOTHING for food. Everything was empty or was so dry from sitting. I tend to be picky with food and anything usually what I get was of course empty. I ate desserts for dinner tonight. When we asked for the check we cashed out and left right as we were walking out the server rushed to the table to see what was left for a tip. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning.

$13 per person I think.
Yes but you have to wear a mask and they walk with you and serve you on what you want
With drinks and buffet around $30-$35, i know its like $55 for 3 adults and 1 child
Between $10-$12. I think it's $12 for dinner. $7.99 at lunch.
As mentioned, $9 and $11 for kids and adults respectively. I'd recommend going for lunch time as the quality around dinner time is typically hit or miss
Price is a bit more on weekends
