Brought my computer in to be diagnosed and unfortunately would cost more than to buy new. Once my new computer came in they were able to transfer my data to my new computer. They were fair in pricing and if I had a problem again, I would take it to Pinellas Computers.

-Where do I start with these guys. They charged me a few hundred to replace a motherboard in a store bought "gaming" PC. The price was reasonable, not cheap, but when you see the quality of work they do, it's worth it. They wrapped all of my cables up to where it looks tidy and the computer is running quiet and efficiently. They cloned my hard drive and even came up with solutions to help me figure out my storage issues. Throughout the whole process they kept me up to date on the progress and helped me save money, when the fan I bought was the wrong size. Highly recommend. Honestly, I'd just have them build my next rig, rather than get one from a big company. They did a great job.

The IT guys here are the best. Extremely patient with older (less tech-savvy customers, informative and professional. If a repair is not in your best interest, they are honest up front and save you money. They recently were able to save 10 years of files from my laptop that was destroyed. It looked like it would be impossible, but I now have everything on a flashdrive. I expected the worst but they worked diligently to prevail. They rescued me from a disaster and I am forever grateful. Every business should hire people that are this well-trained and have such great customer service skills. I also purchased a refurbished laptop there. It was a pleasure having questions answered - unlike all the larger stores! After going home with my purchase, I compared pricing and found I got a very good deal. Thank you Pinellas Computers!

However, because of the nature of network tunneling relays, We have limited ability to verify all settings are working properly or optimally. Generally, VPN providers have detailed instructions on set up and provide direct support (as they are the software manufacture and provider). Let us know if we can help!
Hi Eric. Physical damage to a laptop can only be properly quoted after a diagnostic evaluation. Different models of devices vary in level of repair difficulty, but we can draw up a detailed estimate after the device is diagnosed. As far as the screen panel, they are proprietary and would need to be special ordered (part est $150-275, labor est $100-200). We are able to complete same-day repairs, but we need the part in hand. We're here and ready to help!
Replacing a screen varies greatly between device models and manufacturers. In shop, we can determine if there’s a flat rate service available to cover your specific device. We also provide itemize estimates and a professional recommendation as part of our Diagnostic evaluation. That service generally takes between 2-4 hours and costs just $50!

Hi Kathy, we do not fix tablets or phones. We did a trial with iPhones for a awhile but that service was phased out. Please consider us for your other technology needs.
