My husband has had severe back pain for months and insurance was taking too long to give us an authorization form to have an MRI done. We called St Pete MRI and at was the best decision. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and their customer service cannot be best. They were amazing. I had issues with phone ohone filling out my Patient/medical history "paperwork." They accommodated me with paper to get me all signed in. Also, the Ultrasound Tech was AHHHHMAZING! She helped me feel very comfortable and explained alot to me during my visit. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The staff St. Pete MRI sleep center was amazing. They went above and beyond to help me. They tackled insurance companies to make sure my paperwork was processed correctly. I could not have asked for a better experience. I definitely recommend them.

I do not normally write reviews, however, this one was very deserved. I called to schedule an MRI and I spoke with Kate. She was very nice, pleasant and informative. By chance they had an opening that same day and were able to accommodate me immediately. Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly receptionist. Another employee, Kristen, was very knowledagable and helped immensely with my on-line application. Lenny was the gentlemen who performed the MRI, again, a very nice fellow. Very pleasant experience all-round!!
