Called to inquire about a speech evaluation for my child. The individual who answered the phone bluntly said call somewhere else, we are booked for the next 3 months. Wow! NO customer service skills.

Kids First Therapy Center is a place that has a core value for helping kids. Whether their needs are small or big. Each one is given the time and effort to meet their needs. I would and have recommended them to many people in the area. I am an educator and interact with all kinds of people. I also have a child with medically fragile disabilities so I am personally knowledgeable about their services and conduct.

Very unprofessional! .. I called to make an appointment for a new patient for my son. My information was taken down and I was told that I would receive a call in 2 weeks. It's been a month and I called today and asked about a follow up and I was told they are not taking any new patients. A call would have been nice. Very poor customer service!
