Hey its worth the 5 dollars...... quick access to the gulf....... jas a fish cleaning station........ and there is a small country store that has some tackle and a few poles for sale along with food and drink.

Boat ramp is not maintained, hasn’t been scrubbed in I don’t know how long. Not bad launching at hide tide but insanely risky at low tide. Not much as far as fishing. Extremely rocky!

If you mean the hernando beach boat ramp yes you should be able to put your boat in. I think the ramp cost might be like $5. But watch the tides. Because once you get out past the houses in the channel if it's low tide and you go out of the channel you might get stuck. It can get pretty shallow out there. But if you stick to the channel you should hopefully be okay.
