I was actually searching for a gym to join and I had heard good things about this place but after reading the reviews completely changed my mind. And it’s based on the negative reviews and not the people who placed those reviews but the response back from the gym to those negative reviews. Extremely unprofessional responses. Putting peoples credit business out there, being rude with the comments, calling people names. Extreme high school behavior. How awful the customer service must actually be at this gym considering the responses they are giving to these negative reviews. obviously the people running this gym were raised with no manners and respect and have no clue what customer service is about. Bad business.

Everyone in the family will find something from their wide selection. Do not mind the long checkout lines if you are paying with plastic. This location has mobile checkout. This feature takes the stress out of shopping here. Easy to find store in this mall.

Joined very excited. The equipment is old and outdated but hey it’s a power lifter gym. The staff was friends and the price was right. I would only say update. I feel like I’m in a sad garage when I work out. Maybe offer some free courses with membership I.e yoga, karate, lifting for beginners. Switched to planet unfortunately due to massive amounts of different equipment and if something breaks it’s fixed immediately. Good luck though.
Living in the 90s
Coming from an all inclusive gym and spa for only $100 a year, this one sure disappoints. Makes me miss my old gym back in ocala. $40 a month and all that’s great about it is the equipment and it’s not even much option at that. No classes no nothing. The staff and the atmosphere is dreadful. I will be looking for another gym soon Btw i did go to your staff and spoke with them and nothing was fixed ! Great response for a gym that “cares”. Also yes there are gym that still exist that are low cost and awesome quality. Best of luck to you as well.

Hello! We do not allow ANY outside personal training at our gyms. We carry all the liability and can only ensure proper instruction and safety when our qualified and certified personal trainers are inctructing. Any outside personal training is strictly prohibited and is cause for membership termination with out refund and with possible fines. If you are interested in a personal trainer we can schedule you an assessment for free and see how we can help. Also, if you are a trainer we appreciate your compliance and respect with this rule so that you may keep using our facilities for personal use.
A day pass is $8+ tax and is available during staffed hours, M-F 9am-7pm and Saturdays 9am-noon.
Hello Lucy! We offer each member a complimentary assessment with a trainer and if you'd like additional options for personal training we do offer one on one and group training options for an additional charge. That charge varies depending on the length of the session and number of sessions purchased. Come in and check us out and we can give you specifics for your own goals!
