Great gym! 24/7 for any CAC holder. The weights will be heavy enough to meet your goals. Dumbbells go beyond 130lbs and they have a whole CrossFit and cardio section with over 10 squat racks and rower machines.

Probably the best military installation athletic center I've been too.

Questions & Answers

Does anyone know if the gym is open for those who live on post or is it open just for PT?

It's open with limited hours, but you need to have your mask and ID card. Also, please don't go if you or someone in your household are feeling ill.

Do you have to live on base to join and what's the ages

No; but you have to have a government identification card to access the gym. I'm not sure of the age, I do know kids under a certain age have to be supervised
