Amazing ! My home I always go to is always clean and nice. Fresh air. The beach is so beautiful when it’s sunset. The pool is so warm. I love this place. I’m going right now to aloha kai and I’m so excited . I have went 2 times going to 3rd. I prefer going to aloha kai or Palm Bay then any other.

The staff is uncooperative and rude (hang up during phone call). In addition, they harass side by side private attendees stationed public access ocean area to relocate.

We have been coming here for years. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The cottages are cute and comfortable. We love the screened porches and privacy of the individual homes. It's an easy walk to both the beach and pool, which is huge and heated. The sand is very fine and beautiful. There is a free local trolley which can take you to Siesta Key village, where there are numerous shops and restaurants.

The staff are outstanding! Your security ladies, office staff, cleaning staff - everyone went out of their way to take such good care of us. We came with 5 children under the age of 7, so we were a lot!!~. We stayed in 15, 16 & 17 and couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations! Thank you thank you for a wonderful time and your kind care of our family!! Hope we see you next year - although we might have to wait until our 1’s turn 3 :(

We can't always guarantee an Uber, but they are prolific around here. there are also several free rides that work on tips throughout the island. i hope this helps!
