In general, the staff is friendly and the store atmosphere is very relaxed. The sales consultant, Mr. Timothy Butler is an excellent and profesional salesman. Very informative, caring, good listener and great sense of humor. His manner makes the client feel comfortable around him. The manager is also very informative and available to clients. They make a great team. I give them an A+. :)

I had hands down the best experience while shopping for sleeper sofas at this location. Worked with an amazing salesman named Eric that made everything so easy and not stressful! Extremely knowledgeable about all of their products down to every small detail that makes La Z Boy couches and sleepers so wonderful. He answered questions I didn't even realize I should be asking when shopping for quality furniture. Unlike a few other stores we went to in that same day, he really did seem to care about helping us find something perfect for us, it didn't just feel like someone trying to get a sale out of you. Overall great store with a great employee and lots of options to try out for yourself in the showroom. Loved how everything is customizable too.

Our sales person, Tim, helped us during the initial purchase and maintained communication all throughout the manufacturing and production time to provide status and check in. The folks at this store are just the best, especially Thomas and Rob! They helped me choose the most comfortable recliner I've ever sat in. I love it! For the first time in my life, I have a piece of furniture that was made for someone under 5'4", not an average-sized man. They ask questions and listen to find out which features you want (wall hugger, rocker, leather or cloth, etc.), they let you take your time and try out many different models, and they don't try to push you into something just to make a sale. If I ever need another recliner, I will definitely return to this store. Highly recommended!
