The actual hair service itself was great. The reason for only 2 stars is what happened after. I was charged twice for a service I received on 10/21/2021. I didn't realize this until I received my credit card statements for December due date. I called the local store and they told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. With holidays and covid diagnosis for both myself and my husband my request to the credit card company was submitted in January and denied on 2/9/2022 because it was more than 60 days after the error appeared on my statement. I called the local store where the service was rendered and talked with the manager she provided me with her regional directors name and email address. Stated that she had filled him in and if I send him all of the documentation he would reimburse me. I sent an email with supporting documentation on 3/9 & 3/30. He still has not responded. I've called to talk with the store manager (which is very difficult to connect with) and she stated she will reach out to him. Still nothing... I'm out $200 and no one is willing to fix this. No communication, no returned phone calls, no response to email communication. With prices rising all over the place I don't have to tell you that this $200 would be better used back in my wallet. If ANYONE who can do something is reading this PLEASE provide me with some assistance in getting this resolved! At this point I've more than exhausted my attempts to solve this through the proper channels and will begin posting this on line where ever I can. Social media, Yelp, Google

I loved how Rosie did my daughters hair today, however I signed up for a signature kid cut with blow out which shows 23$ . I was charged 23$ plus 13 because my daughter has longer hair. I only found out I was charged the extra when I checked my receipt. No where on the website does it say length of hair matters when it comes to kids cuts or blow dryer. Please add this to your website and inform your customers before u charge the extra 13$ and on top of it I paid for 3 products and tipped! Not very happy with the extra price but I do love the outcome of her hair

You get what you paid for. I feel bad leaving a bad review because the stylist was nice but my daughter wanted a pixie cut and her hair didn't look anything like what she showed the stylist. Luckily my daughter's hair grows fast. I was trying to be cheap and tried this place but I wouldn't go here if you're getting anything other than a trim

Love this place! Just got another great haircut, beautiful blonde highlights that helped correct and brighten my drab hair I went in with. I totally love how they have so many fun colors you can accent or color your whole head with even! Last year I did Denim Blue 💙 Bangs with Blonde and loved it!!! This time around, with Easter coming up, I chose a bright neon hot pink with a lil bit of purple 💜 to make it a really hot 🔥 pink 🌸🌷💗🧁👾, streak in my bangs with my blonde highlights. It was just under $150 for highlights, pink/fuschia color added to bangs, haircut with blow dry and styling included I believe. I was surprised for everything it was so cheap. This is 💯 percent my favorite place to get anything done with my hair! And if you aren't happy with something after you get home, call them up and they've always made it right for me and stand behind their services! Lovely experience, lovely staff, amazing hair products... The Argan Oil they sell is much better than the OGX Brand I was using- much silkier, softer and lighter in general- much better quality!!! If you give these guys a try you won't be sorry!
