Sadly I must give a 1 star. My family & I have used this salon for over 10 years. I understand stylist come & go and I am typically not picky but I did not have the support of the owner who I have given much business over the years. They were wonderful to fit me in last minute with a new stylist. I stated I wanted highlights and a long layered cut. He was close to complete, even had blown dry most of my hair when I asked him "Are you going to cut it dry?" He then said "Yes I will give you layers" He did no more than 6 cuts with the shears & then decided to curl my hair. (in hindsight I think he was trying to cover up the butcher job) Regardless - my hair grows quickly so its hard to be mad about a bad haircut. My complaint comes from what I was charged. As stated I am not a 1st time customer, I was chatting at check out process, I was asked if I wanted to add a tip of which I said yes, the receipt was printed, I signed, told everyone it was nice seeing them etc. The next day I noticed the charge on my card was more than expected. I called them up knowing in my head it was just an entry error - no big deal - but to my surprise I was told, that was for the color he added. I said "What color? I got highlights" She repeated, yes and color too. I said "You are mistaken, there was no color added to my hair AND if there was I did not request it" (I still stand firmly that I just got foils) They were not budging. I was really quite stunned because I really expected "sorry for the error, let me fix it" I was charged $95 extra for color. I had to dispute the charge which I really detest but it was warrented. Chase Bank told me that since they have a signed receipt (which I did sign - shame on me for not confirming that a business was not riping me off) they were not able to refund the money for the services I paid for but did not receive! This is why I must leave the one star review. Shame on you Jen for not backing your customers.

Got my hair cut and colored & $180.00. Colored too dark (haven’t had hair that dark in 20 years). They refused to fix the color they would only do highlights but I do not like highlights plus they would charge another $60. The owner/manager was rude and nasty. I will NEVER go back there again not even for mani/pedis!!

The whole manicure process felt very rushed. Ended up with a thick finish, alot of imperfections and uneven lengths. Pedicure was good, very short massage compared to other places. Nice ladies, but I wasn't pleased with manicure finish. I wish I would have asked her to fix 2 nails before leaving. Unlikely to return.

I absolutely love this salon! They are always so nice and attentive. They want to get to know you and have a conversation. They make sure that what they are doing is what you actually want. Getting my nails done here is always a treat. Best nail salon in town.
