Communicated with office at 04:30pm and scheduled pick up of my 91-year-old mother from hospital at 07:30pm. Told the service would call me to pay in advance when scheduled to pick up at 07:30pm. At 8:30pm the hospital had to call them and explain my mother was waiting for pick up. Was told to keep my phone ready so payment could be made when driver was ready to pick up. Waited until 08:30pm no call or pick up. Talked to nurse and she explained she would call the company. Nurse explained they are usually late but will pick up in 15 minutes. At 9:00pm no call from WTS to pick up. Called them again. Said 15 minutes. At 09:30pm no one showed. Called again and they said right across the street and will be there again in 15 minutes. At 10:15pm a single driver with an old wheelchair attempted to pick up my 91-year-old mother and transport. Just could not do it after waiting over three hours and having her to upset and not ready. Plus, the person arrived so unprofessional and ill prepared. Seemed to be pushing the limits with a driver to perform more than he could handle. Just could not trust such a unorganized company with the health of my mother. Told hospital to keep my mother over night and I will pick up tomorrow after breakfast. If you love your elderly, do not use this company.

I contacted this company for help for a friend in need. Sharon was amazing! She was so helpful and efficient. She made the set up process so smooth and easy and made them feel that we were in good hands. Their experience on the day of pickup from the airport was flawless. We called for a return pickup and were told they would be there within the hour. There was another couple in the medical building that called for the same service after us and there transport came before ours. The driver was nice enough to check on our transport and was told ours was 10 to 15 minutes away. When our driver came an hour after my initial phone call said she got the call 15 minutes ago. Makes me think they forgot about us. Very upset with this company.
