I have been living here for several years and have love my experience here. The maintenance staff members Waldo and Kelvin are amazing. They usually address the issue within the same day. The front desk staff Katie & Tara are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy staying here. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Colonial Grand has been a wonderful community to live with. The ladies in the office, Tara, Ashia and Katie, are always professional and eager to help. The maintenance team Baldo and Kelvin are the best! I am so happy I stumbled upon this community and their wonderful staff.

After years of residency at Colonial Grand at Seven Oaks, I couldn't be happier. The grounds are well kept and cleaned. Communication from the management is wonderful. All staff has always been pleasant to work with. Tara in the office is very communicative and thorough when anything has come up. I had a water heating issue, and during a routine conversation I questioned it. Immediately, I had a service ticket and maintenance was able provide a solution. I appreciate Katie and the management staff, the maintenance crew and all of Colonial Grand Seven Oaks, they are always out for my family's best interest. They do a great job and I love where I live.

Once you’ve chosen a community, click on the “Tour Your Way” button to request a tour. You can set up a time to talk with an agent or ask for additional information to be emailed or sent via text message.
MAA has added virtual tours and self-guided tours in addition to in person with a leasing agent in order to ensure that you feel comfortable as you tour our communities. You can choose the way you want to tour each community by making a choice on the “Tour Your Way” page.
Yes, via the Resident Login on the MAA site. Once a resident logs in, they have the ability to make service requests or send other communication to their community managers. This varies from community to community and new features are being planned for the future.
In general, you should hear from a leasing agent within 48 hours, but please note, processing times can be different from community to community.
I believe they do in some of the units that are updated.
