Staff never answers the phone, they return calls at 5 and run out the door. Can take up to a week for a simple question you play phone tag all week. You only got 1 shot per day, they can't leave a yes or no message its call me back and leave another message.

I go there for my physical therapy for a fractured shoulder. They are friendly and my experience with my therapist has been very helpful. John is professional, caring and thorough. He has helped me so much on my way to recovery. Front desk, Kasey, was very nice and prompt. Their screening for Covid is good. For such a small community they are on their way to becoming a wonderful asset to Westcliffe with plans to offer even more varied services here. Thank you CCMC!

I went to this clinic for a well visit, and received a bill for over $200. My husband’s bill was zero! So the following year I did not follow up. Evidently this clinic got new leader ship, and I was convinced that things had changed. So I had my well visit there in 2018 and my bill is $146.27 plus another $36.08. My husband‘s bill was zero, besides the $36.08 for the labs. This place is a rip off and they lie to you. I am so mad and disappointed but a small little community Hospital would take advantage of their very limited population in this way. I have called the business office multiple times and told that they would get back to me. For months I waited for a callback and never gotten one, Each time I called their billing office and the person who I talked to several times acts like she’s never heard my story before and then realizes, oh yeah, I do know what she’s talking about. Sure, Mrs. Newbold I’ll get back to you on that! And I never get a call!!!
