EXCELLENT Doctor, no matter what your seeing him for! He is great, understanding and really CARES! I have been to more doctors than I care to admit ( quite embarrassing for the medical profession) and by far he's got to be my favorite! He's an hour away from me and where where I will be moving he will be 2 hours away from me and I will still go back to him!

No, however you will need your regular Dr. Notes and all test results sent to Dr. Pla's office, and make appointment as well. If you could ask Dr office to submit notes n tests results to Dr pla's office before your Dr appt.it will help speed up process. State department is behind, on their end. Wickedly short staffed and is going through the holidays' applications.
Many Dr.s are not on board so I brought in my medical records when I had my appointment. Good luck, Dr. Pla is great!!!

Yes. StarFlower can certify Iowa patients as our physician also has an Iowa medical license.
I do not believe it will. Only thing you might get is a discount from state for card. Best to ask staff.
