This is the true meaning of full service. Pleasant upon arrival, I was greeted, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and I absolutely love the videos from the service technician. I’m sure these take time to do but it’s helpful to hear from the person doing the work. Communication was excellent from Jason, my service advisor. Pick up was smooth, simple, and I didn’t have to wait long. Overall, a great experience. I would not only return for service but would strongly consider BMW for my next purchase because of the great service!

We are extremely satisfied with our experience with BMW of Mt. Laurel. We worked with Amber through the process, and she was nothing short of spectacular. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and never forcing anything on us. Her kindness alone kept us there, even when we didn’t immediately find the vehicle we were looking for. When we finally found the one, she made sure we were 100% satisfied with the vehicle and every aspect of the transaction. I was shocked to find out the phenomenal support continued after the purchase of the vehicle, with Jon, our Product Genius. Jon, too, was amazing, sitting with us and showing us every feature of the vehicle prior to us driving off the lot for the first time. He even stayed slightly past close, answering every one of our (and our daughter’s!) questions, making sure we were completely satisfied. The support didn’t stop there, as we received multiple follow up emails within the next week, asking if we needed anything or had any questions. We thank Amber, Jon and the entire team for everything they’ve done for us, and look forward to working with them again!

I purchased my first BMW here and Joel Mazie was the sale agent who assisted with my purchase. He was able to answer all my questions and went about and beyond to help get what I was looking for. My car was custom made and it arrive one week before the estimated time. Once it arrived Paul Johnson help me to set up my phone and show me how to use the different features on the system. He was knowledgeable about the car tech and answered all my questions with patience. Overall, I had an excellent experience making business at BMW Mt. Laurel and highly recommend this location, I’m definitely driving here to get car service and future purchases.

My experience at this dealership started with an amazing experience with Gina, she helped me even before I was as costumer, and because of her I became one and she never let me down! Gina has has gone above and beyond professionalism, to the point a consider her a friend. Gina helped actually drove my car to me 1.5 hours away to help me. I can’t say enough about the service, kindness and professionalism that Gina has shown, and would recommend her and her dealership to anyone.

Do dealerships register cars for you?

BMW of Mt. Laurel | Jan 7, 2022
BMW of Mt. Laurel | Jan 7, 2022

This is a good question. The answer all depends on which state the car is purchased in. In some states the buyer will need to take care of the registration outside the purchase of the vehicle, while in other states the dealership pays the registration on the buyer’s behalf as it is factored in as total cost of the vehicle. In the latter instance, the dealer registers the new car at the point of sale and forwards the information onto the DMV. In this scenario, it typically it takes about three weeks for the buyer to receive their registration in the mail.

Do I need to get my car serviced even if I'm not driving as often?

Your vehicle may be spending a lot more time in the driveway these days, delaying a mileage milestone that illuminates a service reminder light. While maintenance recommendations are often based on mileage or time, it’s important to consider that right now the suggested schedules could look a little different. Idle vehicles can suffer from dead batteries, stale gas and flat tires, which can lead to bigger, more costly issues down the road. Staying on top your maintenance routines will keep your vehicle in tip-top shape for when you’re ready to hit the open road.

A used car is one that has had at least one previous owner and can be any age. A used car will usually only offer the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty, if it still applies. A certified pre-owned car or CPO is usually not more than 5-7 years old and is backed by the manufacturer. These vehicles are put through rigorous, multi-point inspections by trained technicians, and come with an extended warranty. The complete inspection of a CPO results in the replacement or repair of any damaged or worn parts before the car is certified and offered up for sale.

Leasing allows you to get more car for your money by allowing you to drive a more expensive car with lower payments - when compared to owning a car of the same price. Leases are structured in 2 to 3 year increments which means you will always be covered by a warranty and can get a new vehicle at the end of your leasing term. Buying offers freedom in other arenas with no restrictions on the miles driven or customization options. Once a financed vehicle is paid off, you will not have to make any more payments and you may keep the vehicle as long as you want. Warranties do expire, but you always have the option to purchase an extended warranty.
