The receptionist at the front desk got an attitude as if I'm getting the service for free. So disappointed for not asking her name. On June 27 at 9:00 am the girl with a blue eye.......Customer service is everything. Please look out for the front desk and see how they're treating patients.

I have noticed that I am easily able to hear the doctor and patient discussion in other exam rooms adjacent to my room. I thought with is much concern that KP put on patient privacy issues that should have been addressed when the recent remodeling of the building took place.

Plenty of parking. The check in kiosk was very user friendly and there were multiple kiosks, so there wasn't a line. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Catherine, my LPN, was so kind, happy, funny, compassionate, and thorough. I'm truly impressed with this visit.
