Great place, Floyd is a super great guy, our neighbors have all been super nice and this is a respectable park (unlike others where we had our things stolen, people out and about all hours of the night and so on) I feel super comfy and safe here. Its homey and our fur babies are happy here too :)

This is a rather unique place. It's like family...holiday cookouts at the pavilion, pot luck...no noise, you can put outside without worrying it will vanish. I've traveled the country back and forth for decades, and have never found a spot anywhere like this one. Floyds Rv Park is gonna be the last stop for this old bluesman. I've found a place to park the bus for the duration. Ages from 36 to 75 here with many who will never leave. Come and stay awhile, the feeling of family may entice you to sell the proverbial farm and stay. You wouldn't be the first. Stop by look at Pikes Peak out of the window and, I'll play the blues for you.

Hateful owner. No grass, just shale. Hard on my dogs paws. Would not recommend and would not return.

Questions & Answers

can someone tell me the weekly and monthly rates?

Mr. Floyd's park was a community full of people that live there. I was there 3 weeks ago, and he was full and didn't expect vacancies anytime soon. I think the monthly rent was approximately $500. He didn't have a weekly rate.

What site amneties are available besides electric, water, and sewer?
