Partially because there is nothing else like it for 30 miles this place will serve you a decent cup of coffee. Actually ordered a hot chocolate which was only slightly above Swiss miss. It was so sweet my four year old didn't want very much of it. Friendly customer service and I hear the burritos are delicious.

I have been in and out of Penrose all of my life and my favorite place to go when I visit is Coyote's Den. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the food is always delicious. The green chili on the breakfast burrito wasn't spicy, but was full of flavor. The biscuits in the biscuits and gravy were done just right. The patio was beautifully filled with scarecrows and gourds. It felt like the season was upon us. We tried the cherry blossom iced cider, which sounded strange at first but was truly a warm fall treat. Fun games like horseshoe picked up the family before making the trip home. No pictures of the food, we were too hungry, but it was delicious.

Incredible! The line out the door on a Sunday at around 10:30 will tell you want you need to know. Food is perfect, service is friendly- even though they were slammed but the best part is the atmosphere. Outdoor patio that allows dogs, tons or foliage, and awesome decor that make you feel right at home. Will always come back to this great place.

Ok so we found this place by accident, originally going to eat across the street. But we had our dog with us so someone was going to stay in the car with him. Then we parked and saw Coyotes! They have outdoor seating, are dog friendly, and had live music. We ate breakfast and already came back twice to try lunch and breakfast again. Their potato salad is the best I've ever had in my life. And if you do breakfast definitely do your breakfast burrito smothered in green chile. 😋 I love the atmosphere here, the live music on Sundays is so good and today it was chilly for a summer day with a bit of rain and they had a fire going outside. After eating here 3 times I'm sure we'll be regulars. Don't pass by here.
