The service was genuinely nice. The food selection in the lobby was a god send for us, as we couldn’t find anywhere else open. Definitely going to stay there again!

The owner and the staff are quite personable. The atmosphere has a surreal sense about it. An ideal place of serenity with the backdrop of mountains as its tapestry. I would definitely enjoy staying there again and perhaps someday I will.

This motel is comfortable and friendly. Though the rooms are dated, the beds are clean and comfortable, bathrooms immaculate, and staff knowledgeable. The motel has quite the section of treats for purchase at the front desk that locals and travelers are welcome to. The stonework for the foundation and stairs is very tasteful and complements the lodge feel.

This hotel is certainly adequate. It could use a little updating but was very clean, and had everything I needed. It has a microwave and small refrigerator, as well as free WiFi. The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Besides the fact that it's the only place in town to stay, I found it quite acceptable. Because Owyhee is a very small town, the hotel is conveniently located. It is less than a mile from the health clinic and across the street from a pretty good restaurant. The hotel office also sells snacks and drinks. There was no hair dryer in my room but the office had one I could borrow. There is also no ice machine, but my little fridge had a small ice tray and I made my own ice cubes. I found it to be just fine, and I will stay there again when I return.
