This lodge is magical because it helped me imagine the era when it was built. The bell hops and front desk are so helpful. The restaurant and lounge serve wonderful food and libations. So close to the train station too. They provide paid shuttle service to two Glacier Park entrances. I got in several hikes thanks to the shuttle. Loved every minute I was there.

Ate at the restaurant with great food and great service. So happy they were open at 9pm when we arrived in town and the pot roast was great! Came back for coffee the next morning (we were staying at a hostel nearby) and was happily surprised! Lots of fun history in the lobby too!

An incredible place to stay. The scenery is beautiful and it's the perfect place to relax and get away from it all. I was there during the summer heatwave last year, and the rooms are not outfitted with air-conditioning, and the building seemed to have only one ice machine. It was the hardest working ice machine around too. The room and bathroom were small, but they opened up to a nice shared balcony. It's worth it to experience at least once!

Historic building. Friendly & accommodating staff. Had nice, spacious basic room in annex with 2 queen beds. Excellent restaurant; bar, morning coffee stand & gift shop in lobby. No usable WIFI anywhere on the property & minimal cell signal, so don’t plan on doing any remote work. No elevators, but great bellhops to tote your gear.

If not a cot, ask if they will switch out the double for two twins.
No electric vehicle charging hookups that I know of. You should call the Lodge.
I took the Empire Builder from St Paul to east glacier and stayed at Glacier Park Lodge, the historic inn built by the railroad. The lodge sends bellcaps in costume to meet the train and carry you and luggage. There are bus tours and rental cars nearby, either could take you to other lodges.
I've not heard of the situation, but the locals seem to know each other well. I'm certain that anyone here would be glad to help. This is a really tightly knit community.
Might try calling ranger station
Check guide services including "hike 734". Our experience was that looking at specific areas as the search criteria wasn't helpful. If a service works somewhere in the park, it should come up in a search of "glacier national park". These are all separate from the lodges. However, try calling specific lodges and ask if their concierge can book/inform you as to options.
It can get cold. I went in August and had to buy a Warmer Jacket. In the day it can be in the 70s or 80s but at night it can drop to as low as 40. The weather can also be unpredictable, rain and sun within a short period of time. I would be prepared for the unexpected. Its always a good idea to check the national weather service before heading out on your adventures. Glacier Park is an awesome place, but it can turn on you quickly if your not prepared.
The Amtrack station is a walk away and they have a shuttle to the train. Don't know of any airport close by.
Always call the local number to check. I find Xanterra's email confirmations particularly confusing
