It can get cold. I went in August and had to buy a Warmer Jacket. In the day it can be in the 70s or 80s but at night it can drop to as low as 40. The weather can also be unpredictable, rain and sun within a short period of time. I would be prepared for the unexpected. Its always a good idea to check the national weather service before heading out on your adventures. Glacier Park is an awesome place, but it can turn on you quickly if your not prepared.
Agree with Bob Peck. Have been there many times. Not to be missed but temps are unpredictable & change fast. Pack layers. Include rain gear.
At the lodge, or up around Logan Pass?
Late July was sunny and bright. Suspect Aug. is good too. September fall may end early...
