We spent over $$,$$$$.$$. On 4 appliances. We had to keep calling for updates on our order. I actually stopped by the store and they didn't recognize who I was. I spent???, and you don't know me? Then, I get the notification from them, that my ( items) are in. However, they're changing buildings, so my husband, has to track my appliances down. He dies. But, he has to call someone to help with the moving if a or an 8 burner stove with a double oven. . Not happy.

The customer service I've received has been phenomenal. I ordered a Trager smoker over the phone (for the same price as you can get at the big box stores) and they delivered for free. There was a small mixup on an accessory and they were quick to resolve the issue and make sure I was well taken care of. They definitely have some higher end (and cost) products, but they also have more affordable items as well. Fantastic no-contact purchasing and pickup/delivery is available during our social distancing. Great local business to support!

Our Wasilla store requests clients and staff to maintain the recommended 6' distance and disinfects hard surfaces inside the store (as well as store egress doors), several times a day. Personal protective masks are not required for staff or guests, however, clients and staff may wear them as they feel necessary, and our staff will don them if the customer specifically requests it or we need to work more closely than the 6' distance. We offer ordering and payment of both kitchen products and appliances via telephone or our website, as well as curbside pick-up upon request. Thank you!
I haven't shopped with them after my previous experience. Not sure what brand pots and pans their carrying but would price check with Amazon and see if you can get a better deal.
Ive seen so many suffer with allen Petersons, they dont have your back. Go to someone who will help you when things go wrong. I have had my appliance since last may. Its now Sept and tbey wont stand behind it.
