The Place Is Not At All What You'd Hope To Be. Everything Is Way Over Priced. Even Checked Online For What They Had In-Store. Which One Banshee Basically Charged Me And Without Any Notice Demanded Where The Pens Were That I Picked Up For A Price Check. I Told Her I Put Them Down With Everything Else I Had Over In Plain Veiw Because They Didn't Have A Small Basket. So When I Checked The Price For The 2.0mm Colored Lead Was 7.19$ 🤔 When I Look Online At The Same Thing 6.49$. So I Got Ready To Check Out As All My Things Were On The Counter I Slowly Tried To Decide What Candy I Wanted Walking Through The Maze Was Over 5 Minutes No One Was Behind Or In Front Of Me I Put One Item Back And Tried To Go To The Counter When Everyone Yelled At Me For Cutting The People In Line. When I Asked The People Behind Me, Some Other Concerned Citizen Cut In To Tell Me How Rude It Was. I Had Enough And Told Them The Place Sucks Worse Than A Black Hole And Left. Never Going Back To That Place. Michael's Has Way Lower Prices.

I inadvertently lost an envelope with cash in it and a lot of employees searched the store for me! My cash was found and I'm very grateful! Such a sweet staff and they all seem to really care. The employees also seem relaxed and like they're happy to work there.
