I am a professional chef and line cook, and have been studying Indian Cuisine since 1991. Have eaten this food in 3 states, as well as extensively in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County regions.Gave this spot a last minute try while in Fruita, and it was, Hands down some of the Best Indian Cuisine I've ever had. Flavors were spot on, wonderful balance, ingredients fresh, and most important, executed with precision and Love. Wonderful Owners, and kind attentive staff. I highly recommend and will return again and again... That's Great Karma. Thank you all, Owners and Staff. Namaste

We eat here regularly and have had just about everything on the menu and love it. If you are in a hurry and don't appreciate the time in preparation of every dish then you will think it is slow service. They take care of their customers and are in no hurry to rush you out. Enjoy the experience and food. They are very reasonable in price and portion is perfect on every dish. Thank you for making it a good place to unwind and forget about time.

Tried it out tonight with my family for the first time, absolutely delicious! The previous reviews were spot on. Every dish is an exquisite and harmonious explosion of flavors. We are locals so will definitely go back to try other dishes.

Two words: butter chicken. Don’t be fooled by the small portion sizes, your money is well worth this Fruita delicacy. Among their many mouthwatering choices of dishes, particularly a taste of the Nepalese or even the Himalayan, even the most discriminating palate will find something on the menu to fill their belly. Wash it down with a chai tea. Don’t forget to drop a coin and make a wish for good karma.
