We went in to get dinner from a long drive From Denver. We was gonna stop at the one in the rifle But we come here. My son asked for a 2 meat plate. He got told he could not order 2 of the same meats on that plate that he had to have 2 different meat. Any other Dickies were allowed you to have 2 of the same meets if that's what you ordered. The store manager was the one That took the order. And said that he could not have 2 meats of the same on the plate. She wasn't rude. So the rest of us chose not to eat there but my son still wanted to eat there so we took it to go. Management is poor. Customer service is poor. Is impossible to mess up Dickey's food . So if you're looking at which Dickey's to go to if you're traveling from rifle area go to rifle.

Ordered online and app said "packing it up". Finally just went there and it had probably been ready for a while. They just hadn't updated the app. Was a little dry but pretty dang good. So yes, they could use some help!! Lol

Food was three stars, service was five stars! The appetizer of original bbq wings were average, the cook was good but the sauce was ho hum. The brisket sandwich had good flavor but was a bit dry beneath the bark. I had the pork burnt ends and they were not very good. I had some for the first time two weeks ago at another bbq establishment and they were great so I thought I’d try them here, they were a major disappointment. The sides of okra and the creamy spinach were the highlights of the meal.

Delicious as always! Staff was so kind and helpful, I always like to try something new but don't know what to try. They gave a great suggestion of the potato cassarole. Ribs never disappoint! Until next time.
