Just purchased a couch and chair after searching at a few places, prices are so high unfortunately. I found a great couch in the clearance section, it was actually the exact same couch on the floor room I wanted and there was a little tear damage that was repaired behind the couch(nobody will see it againstthe wall) and it was $600 off from the undamaged one. It is a beautiful motorized lumbar couch and it was a great deal so I got the too expensive matching motorized big recliner also. There was no chair in stock but my salesman said he thinks the Indio store has plenty and they could transfer it here & he would call me the next morning to let me know. He never called so I had to call back, never found out if Indio had any. Customer service was clueless and just said a shipment of chairs shows being delivered in 10 days and I can call back then & schedule a delivery. I was also offered to buy the warranty for the chair which I usually don't do. It covers 100% repair if something happens to the motor or damage to the couch and told if I don't use the warranty after the 5 years then I'll get my $149 refunded back to me so there's no loss but what I found out after I purchased it, they give it back to you as store credit only, not refund it to you as I was led to believe and trust me, even the pillows were so overpriced I couldn't buy anything unless I paid more money. They were very misleading, just want to pad their commission apparently. Beware!

I purchased 2 brown leather couches and 2 off white accent chairs. They are stunning in my office space. I have to thank Lori in Sales for the recommendation! She nailed it and she was amazing! She wasn't pushy, respectful of space, knowledgeable, and even assisted me on her day off to assure my order was placed. I highly recommend Lori Villa

The staff was courteous and friendly. I did not feel rushed but still the entire process was done expeditiously. They were also quite knowledgeable about what they had to offer and were concerned about saving me money as well. Quite a pleasant experience overall. Adrian, my sales associate was very helpful.

We went to the discount area in search of a piece of furniture to hold our record collection and stereo. We found an item that was perfect within 5 minutes of browsing. Our salesperson was nice and fast and so friendly! He helped us and walked us smoothly through the process. He walked with us to the payment area and helped us there too. We got an amazing discount from Mathis Bros because we have bought furniture here and it was amazing. We love Mathis Bros and had an A+ experience yesterday!!

Is the Mathis Brothers in Ontario the closest to my apartment in Irvine, Ca or is there another one? What do you charge for delivery and do you take out my old recliner?
No battery is going to give you 110 volts the furniture has to be hooked up to electric source of 110

They take your temp at the door you wear a paper braclet and your mask they only allow so many people in at a time

Call the store. Your warranty should cover it. Even if you didn't get the extra protection plan, the manufacturer's warranty should cover that since the purchase is so recent. Don't forget for the future that if you put it on a credit card, they often will extend coverage too.

I dont think so. I bought a Lazyboy recliner/rocker.o would bet you will find what you need at Mathis Bros. Their showroom is like 2block x 2 block big. Its huge.

We don't sell rollout beds (frame with wheels that folds in half) but all of our individual pocketed coil mattresses are compatible with adjustable bases that bend a mattress. However our "bed in a box" mattresses can be used on a rollout frame (Memory foam) they are about 9 or 10 inches thick

Mathis Brothers carries numerous high quality brands. Simon Li, Lazy Boy and Boulevard offer a great choice for top grain leather. USA leather is another well built product with wide customizing options. If you are looking for even higher quality you can step up to Bernhardt, Hooker, Bradington Young or Sam Moore.
I would check other places if it was me. I will never shop at MB again. After they took me on the so called warranty. I have purchased 2 bedroom sets and new living room sets at Ashley. Waited months still no answer from the so called mgt at the ontario location. Will never spend a dime at MB again. The sales person did nothing but lie to me
They'll call you the day before... They'll give you a 2 hr time frame. I got second day delivery... in a different county.
Go check yourself and find the one you like.
