Since I personally had no way to pick up my new purchase(sofa recliner) I was content to pay the delivery charge. After receiving my first delivery I knew I made a mistake and immediately called customer service. They were very accommodating and helped thru an exchange for a different sofa recliner without charging me a second delivery charge. A service I wouldn't have received any where else....THANK YOU MATHES BROTHERS!
There have lots of chin store ,maybe you can find a store near by .
I live in California and the Mathis Brothers I went to was inland empire in San Bernardino county I live in Pomona LA county and they wanted me to pay them for a delivery from that part 169 I put it in my car and brought it home a recliner
