We loved this trail for its differing landscapes that you pass through and the majestic overlooks. The trail is moderately difficult in some areas, and took us approx.3 1/2 hours to complete.

Be prepared for some uphill rocky hiking. Peaceful experience with certain areas that provide beautiful views of the lake. Some areas of the trail are not well marked or just in need of maintenance. Lots of parking at trailhead and there are campsites and toilet facilities along the way. I imagine fall hiking here would be awesome!

Such a beautiful place. Took the path to the left and it got us there faster. The falls were just so amazing. Its a moderate hiking path, had just shoes on and it worked fine. Didn't need hiking boots but may have made it a little easier. You could swim in the falls as well if you wanted. There are nice places to hammock. Really good trees! No garbage cans so take out what you bring in!! Dont forget to make a howl, the echo is Beautful

This was a difficult hike for the non hikers in our group. But the effort was well worth it once we reached Dry Falls. We had read reviews that mentioned litter on the trails. We did not see any beer cans, water bottles are other trash on the trails. It was a beautiful hike!
