Gorgeous Northwoods views! Pretty easy 1 mile hike RT. Walking stick a good idea if unsteady on your feet.

An easy hike to a wondrous white-water falls. With plenty of free parking and a well-marked trailhead, this is a good 1-3 hour outing for people of all ages. The trail has easy elevation changes, but lots of roots and rocks, so it is NOT wheelchair friendly, but can easily be navigated with all types of footwear, even flip-flops. Our group had ages 5 to 61 and everybody enjoyed the outing!

I first hiked this trail about 10 years ago and it became my favorite place to visit when I would come up to Ely. The hike is easy, about a half mile to the waterfall and I was able to bring my daughter with for the first time during this past visit to Ely. It was her first time seeing a waterfall in person! The hike and waterfall is beautiful and peaceful!! It is never too crowded and I personally think it is better than Gooseberry Falls.

An absolutely amazing waterfall if you're in the Ely area this is a must stop and to get there is only about half a mile worth every step.

A mt biker might be able to, but not sure it's allowed on this trail - you'd be following hikers with little to no where to get around them. It's a short trail, best to hike it and enjoy the surroundings:)
It's just over 3/4 of a mile roundtrip.
