Its better if u go on a friday .. the staff is a little bit more helpfull .. seems that there in a better mood cuz they can b so f rude i would b in front of the window and they r talking and taking smak about the other girl working there like hello I dont have ur time for ur bs never coming here again changed location

Not sure what is the point with making an appointment at this office. I decided to write a review because this was not the first time I have had to wait a ridiculous amount of time past the time of my appointment. If it is required to make an appointment, then there needs to be a system in place that moves things along. Someone should not have to wait more than 30 minutes past their appointment time. It is not professional and it's inconsiderate.

Update: Agree with the other customers some employees are pretty rude or snob. Not sure if they dont like the job or what but it shouldn't be brought up to work. Very unprofessional. Old: The place can be pretty chaos sometimes with their new trainees getting training, chatting, etc but overall they're dedicated & the front counters ladies are always helpful! Keep up the good work ladies!
