*This review does not reflect on the personnel of the store. They were great and tried to help.* Why are items offered at a sale price but then are NOT available for purchase in the store? On top of that there is a sign (I have pictures but it won't let edit/upload) instructing consumers to ask about having the out of stock item ordered and then shipped for free BUT when it turns out you can't get the sale price AND you pay $10 more than the regular in store price! So, shipping isn't really free! The associate checked for the item at another store but it was at a store too far away and in the opposite direction. Wasn't worth driving there with the cost of gas.

5ive 5tars for OfficeMax/Depot! When my schedule was tight, I called the store and requested for my item to be held up front near the cashier counter. When I arrived, my item was there and my purchase flowed smoothly. I was in, out, and gone with my item in a few minutes! I appreciated their efforts to make my purchase so convenient!
