Had contacted gas company to disconnect for my parents house. Refuse to give a refund on bill. Needed death certifacates. Got told 3 different things. All the other utilities we're great, turned them off & a check would be issued in 2 weeks. Gas Co. A joke. Well gas company issued me a check on over payment to my DAD WHO HAS BEEN GONE SINCE 2015. SO IT DID KNOW GOOD. I WROTE THE CHECK I PAID THE BILL. BUT YET THEY WANT TO ISSUE A REFUND TO MY DAD. HE PASSED IN 2015. SO I CAN'T CASH THE CHECK THEY SENT ME. A DEACEASED PERSON CAN'T CASH A CHECK. I'M THE TRUSTEE. GO FIGURE. ??????

Extremely rude old lady behind the desk kept getting our request confused and scoffed at us when requesting information. Made fun of our situation and did not take us seriously. Told us to call the collections number we have been calling for a week already with no one answering. Just a stupid auto message. She didn't believe us when we told her there was no one to talk to. We have been without service for a week now. Screw that old lady.
