While parking was easy to get in and out, (which is the only reason this is not a 1 star review) the parking structure is absolutely filthy. Trash everywhere including used masks and food. When we left for our cruise on Monday the same trash remained when we picked up our car on Friday. If each car is paying $23 a day for parking the least this building owner can do is purchase proper trash cans or pay someone to regularly pick up the trash. Feels like o left my car in a dumpster for 4 days.

Plenty of parking connected directly to the cruise terminal. It was easy to access and exit from. We have used this parking facility several times.

We had a cruise that week, of course we would park here. First of all, when we parked, there was a lot of trash, and fast food wrappers on the ground. Not the worst. Maybe someone will clean it up. We get back from the cruise, a week later. Nothing has changed, all of the trash is still there. And the parking is way too pricey. I wasn't personally the one paying for parking, but it was very expensive. As I recall, around 20+ Dollars a day to park. Of course it's the cruise terminal, so most of these "facilities" are close together. But, I liked how there wasn't a long walk from the parking garage, to the actual terminal.

Good place to park.

I don't know about a month, however, we were parked for a 7day cruise and it cost a little over $120. My sense is that the parking structure is operated for Carnival Cruise Line. I don't know if anyone can store a vehicle for a month. There are other open air parking lots nearby. I don't know rates or security there.
We recently parked there for a week. No issues. Disconnect the battery from your car to avoid a dead battery when you get back. Speaking from experience; I had to give someone a jump when we got back.
Yes , Uber will drop you off at the porters Infront of the terminal
Depends on size of truck. It is your typical multi-level parking structure.
