I really like living here , the community is great , the front office and management are very friendly. From the first day I applied in January of this year, I was welcomed by Mariah, helped me during the process. myself I liked the fact 5 months when I walked in the office, she remembered my name . The place is very clean. I would recommend to living here.

I visit the Crossings at least once a week and I love it there. The people that live there are very nice. The Crossings is very clean and comfortable to be in. Relaxing environment.

The community here is really nice. During the leasing process I spoke with Mariah. She was not only nice and caring, but extremely helpful during the whole process. She worked really hard to make sure i was able to move in . Also Alyssa the assistant manager, is an amazing and helpful, caring person!

Some amenities for the apartment are not available, such as community laundry center for oversized loads, lounges, entertainment/game room which has not been available for the year that I’ve been here, not all elevators are accessible, there is no car wash as advertised on the website. The store became available about 6 months after moving in, event room was not available 9 months of my lease (outrages fee if booking it, plus hourly charge) and only one available parking is assigned, otherwise park on street with an inconvenient walk or pay extra for one more vehicle, which those undisclosed fees not on website. I’m paying for a luxury apartment without its luxury’s and no discounts or concessions offered, management shows no remorse. I asked Alyssa the assistant manager acting as community manager for corporate number, she said there is no such thing as a corporate number, she’s the only contact in management. A fee of $572.50 paid for tow after being blocked from the parking app and was uninformed I was blocked. Counter tops that easily stained (not sealed properly), paper thin walls where everything is heard literally hear the neighbor go to the bathroom, if I could give them less stars I would. Very unprofessional management and not Interested into residents best interest. I hope there is a PFM or a regional that is reading this because this is unacceptable. If you like false advertisement this is the place for you!
