I went 3 days ago to see one of the apartments they have and tbh the apartments are so tiny and very low ceiling (where in their advertisement they described it by saying “we have huge apartments” misleading ad.) more like a depressing looking apartment and the funny thing they ask for $2000+/month!!! are you kidding me I wouldn’t even pay $500 for this garbage!! Linda isn’t a very welcoming person she was kinda rude when I was talking to her about more details about the contract and stuff and she just rudely said “I can’t go any further” referring to our conversation to end. Tim is a super nice guy I had a pleasure meeting him! My advice to you folks this isn’t a great place to live with what you gonna pay it’s better to look around and not have to deal with that menopause Linda!

-NO washer or dryers inside units. -Based on amenities it’s Super HIGH Rent. (There is a community couple of meters away with FixeD monthly rent scheme) -OLD units/electronics. -RANDON rent % increase ANNUALLY. (They give unprofessional reasons for rent increases) -The associate manager -Linda is SMOOTHLY RUDE and conniving Stacker. She will make things uncomfortable after sometime of leasing the apartment. -Friends/guests cannot use Pool area, if they are not with the tenant all the time. Basically, It’s a leased PRISON.

I have lived here for more than 7 years. This is a nice complex. Sure there are rules to be followed and Linda's job is to enforce them and she does a goods job. Tim is a great maintenance man & I really have no plans to move.

This is a nice place to live in, if you could ignore associate manager Linda. I was not able to ignore her because she gave me a lots of trouble. I felt like I was being watched 24/7 by someone. She made the environment so uncomfortable for me. She complained a lot on very small things on the patio. I just can't write about all of them, there's a lot. She wanted to charge me $400/month for my visiting parents, but ended up $200/month, which made me moving out from there. Actually, I need to thank her because she was my motivation to buy a house. She made me so annoyed that I decided not to rent anymore. She always put a smile on her face, but she is not that amiable person from her heart as she shows.
