Best choice we have made to live at The Summit Apartments!!!! First of all the ladies from the office Selena and Claudia are super nice since we moved here (2020), the maintenance people Mike, Miguel, and Tyrone have also assist in any issues we have or need. I can only say this has been a great place and adding to the plaza where we can walk around and shop or eat it's just such a great location and i will always recommend anyone that wants to move to an apartment for the first time this is a great location! You won't regret! It! Thank you The Summit Apartments for letting us have a great experience thru out this 2 year's we been here.

Nice quite and safe place to live. Located adjacent to the Mountain Grove Plaza but you don't even notice since the traffic and noise is not an issue.

First I would like to thank Claudia and Selina for helping me out. I was looking for an safe and nice apartment that will be near my school, all of the apartments around the area is either old or not safe at all. The Summit was actually fully occupied when I first inquired but the ladies kept me updated if there’s an opening, and yes! I was able to move in on time before my program starts!! These girls are my lifesaver!!! With my unit, the day that I moved in, it was super clean. In my past experiences, i would always need to hire someone to clean the apt, but everything here was spotless and new!!! I love my stainless steel appliances, it’s so comfortable and made me feel home right away! My neighbors are super friendly too and they kept on saying how they love loving here. I think this apt deserves better rating! The reviews aren’t true at all! Especially the towing. The residents who own the prking spots are responsible to call the towing company so i don’t think it’s the office that calls them for that. Also, the complex is super clean! I feel like i’m in a resort! I also noticed there’s a security guy that is roaming every night! I feel safer!! Thank you so much the summit team!

I would definitely not recommend living here unless you have an extra few grand and extra time to spend on getting your vehicle out of the towing yard. You're guaranteed to get towed! I've been towed 2 times @ $600 each time! and the office staff could care less- My family member that was visiting for the holidays and is handicap, has a handicap sign was parked in the handicap and was towed. They said " nothing we could do" You have to deal with the tow yard which is Wilson's Towing- complete crocks! (Look it up) I wish I never made the decision to move here, definitely think twice. The place is nice overall it has a clubhouse, gym, pool, and hot tub. It is close to shopping. It is overpriced for the value but in California everything is at this point.
