What a beautiful and unique place to visit! A nice gift shop, very clean public restrooms, and a campground adjacent. The perfect stop on your family trip!

Pure beauty built by Father Dobberstein beginning in 1912. Interesting history so check it out. Based off of Catholic religion, but everyone should see this. Next to shrine is campgrounds and day use area with picnic tables. Bathrooms with flush toilets available. A must stop is there gift shop. In West Bend Iowa.

What a beautiful and amazing place to see! Whether you are religious or not, it is a worthwhile stop. The intricate details and calm atmosphere create a peaceful feeling and you could spend hours if you wanted studying everything or simply in one of several areas.

Largest grotto in the world and it does not disappoint. The artist was definitely dedicated to this project and it is worth visiting. The story it tells is a great reminder of the God we serve. Beautiful work of art. Be sure to check out the inside of the church, beautiful Christmas piece on the right hand side
