Another organized criminal endeavor. I didn't know theft was considered a courtesy. I had a guest over for 3 nights, on the safe list, and my guest decided to stay an extra night. I admit I forgot to update the list to account for the extra night, but they can see the car was listed and know it's an authorized vehicle yet they towed it anyway for $300. To me that it the very antithesis of courtesy. Additionally I have two vehicles legally parked in spaces I own that I have received parking violation warnings multiple times. In one such warning the officer wrote a note chastising me for not being able to "follow the rules of my association" then stating "if it's not corrected by the time he returns he will tow both vehicles." The problem is the violations he or she was citing are not against the rules of our association. There was no violation. None of the actions taken here in any way can be considered courteous yet its the first word they use to describe themselves. Perhaps Despicable Patrol Specialists or at least Incompetent Patrol Specialists would be more suitable. . Sincerely, Disgusted

I received a non moving violation 1/31/22? The car was parked on 1/29/22 at 5pm. Is that more then 72 hours? How do you determine non moving violation? I know how because I had a sherif towed an abandoned car infront of my house by marking the tires. As reveiwer said it’s being targeted and I consider this was a harassment. Yet there is a car that parked at guest carport no 187 has been there for more 1 week.

Got towed for “non movement” when my car gets moved frequently from daily driving. There are cars with literal spider webs that haven’t moved for an entire year. Perhaps they are just discriminating against my car because it’s an older car and not “right for the neighborhood?” This company is complete trash.

Although we put our car on the “safe list” it was still towed. Management is a complete joke and has no explanation for any actions taken by employees. If you are going to have a “safe list” for vehicles, it should be easy to use, and should work properly. If I was the only party to have a bad experience, I would possibly re think posting a review. However, it seems that it the poor quality of service is sustained across the board in the surrounding community. Management needs to make improvements, adjustments, and at the very least, step it up!
