Absolutely the worst. Tellers were rude and seemed busy on their phone. Refused service to a keybank customer. From management to the tellers. No-one wanted to do anything. Sad state of affairs. Needs new employees as well as management.

You might want to see if there are any Key Banks in CA, but you can use your bank card there. You just might have to pay fees associated with whatever ATM your using.
