For the past two years, I have seen my primary family doctor due to constant hives all over my body. I was miserable, and kept telling my doctor that I needed something more than the antihistamines he was prescribing me. This is when I decided to see an allergist. After about a month of waiting to get in, I finally saw Dr. Greiwe at Bernstein Allergy. I walked in and did not know what to expect. However, within the first five minutes of describing all of my hive complications, Dr. Greiwe knew exactly what it was (CSU). He explained that he would go through a variety of steps to make sure that my hives were treated and that the treatment was covered by insurance. After the first set of treatments was not successful, I went back and told him and he started me on what I am on now: Xolair. Let me tell you, that medicine has worked wonders and I have been hive free for three months now! Overall, all of the staff there are extremely nice and helpful! If I could leave multiple reviews about how they have changed my life quality, I would. So, I send my biggest thanks and gratitude to Dr. Greiwe and his staff. Highly recommend!

I had a rash connected to the COVID vaccine that was persistent and only seemed to go away with heavy doeses of Prednisone...but as soon as the Prednisone was stopped it would return. Dr. John Bernstein was recommended to me and I am driving all the way from Dayton to see him. He put me in an experimental program did all the legwork to make sure I didn't have to bear the cost of the medication my insurance wouldn't cover for me into a "trial program" where I get the medicine for free and have had great results...he is knowledgeable and helpful staff...only knock is the appointment runs long can be as much as an hour before being seen after being put in examination room and Dr. John is matter of fact and has a bit of a taciturn bedside manner but he and the staff know their stuff!! Only reason I don't give a 5star is the long wait and the travel time.

Bernstein Allergy Group has been very helpful. Learned I had really bad ragweed allergy. 1 year after taking Ragwitek, no longer needed inhaler and no more hives. Office staff is alway nice and professional.
