I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. Every single employee I have interacted with has been beyond helpful and so incredibly kind. Sometimes there can be a long line but the employees handle the crowds with grace. Love this location and their commitment to providing an easy and cheery experience.

Very negative experience. My wallet was stolen and I was told by a PNC rep over the phone they would print out a card for me. Told me what to bring and I did. Once inside, it was a totally negative experience. Will not go to this branch again. I had a much more positive experience at the Penn Hills branch.

I met with an representative in her office in the East Liberty office. I ordered a PNC Platinum credit card and she said it would arrive within the next week. It never did and now I am forced to use my debit card on an international trip. Very disappointed.
